Beetles have long occupied prominent places in our mythologies, arts and jewellery. The Sacred Scarab is the best-known beetle of Egyptian mythology, commonly appeared in funerary art and hieroglyphs. But the humble dung beetle haas recently attracted scienctists to see if they can disperse the effects of Methane against climate change.
Making this work by exploing the simply unnoticed creatures that patrol the ancient woodlands. Each beetle is in verious forms of decay, but the decay happens within hours.
